Sprout MN is a food hub in Central MN looking to connect more local food to local people. The Sprout Mobile Market is a rural-to-rural initiative and grocery store on wheels that seeks to address access, affordability, and usability of locally grown healthy food in areas with barriers to access.

From June 1st to June 30th, we're raising funds to establish the infrastructure of the Mobile Market trailer with the equipment needed to keep local foods cool and fresh: Refrigerator and freezer, shelving, handwashing sinks, and more.
